The City of Healdsburg has its own Civic Access online portal where you can:

• Apply for, pay, and issue select permit application types including:

✔ Residential Re-Roof
✔ Nonresidential Re-Roof
✔ Residential HVAC replacement
✔ Residential Electrical Service ✔ Residential Water heater replacement
✔ Residential Siding replacement
✔ Residential Window replacement

• Apply for all of the remaining permits which require a plan review
• View your past and current permits
• Request inspections and view results
• Pay for invoiced fees and view paid invoices
• Access the City GIS system and view parcel and permit information
• Estimate permit fees
• Create templates for common permits and save drafts
• Search public records
• Print permit, job card, and invoices
• Access links to documents and the City Website
